Foodies Festival Edinburgh 2009 launches with an exciting expansion to the parkland of Holyrood Palace and extends to three days at the heart of the Edinburgh Festival, August 21-23.


Meet Scotland's Michelin star and top chefs who will be cooking live in the Chefs Theatre at Foodies Edinburgh, preparing their favourite dishes, inspiring you to try new recipes and giving you hints and tips on how to improve your cooking skills.

Treat yourself to a day out at Foodies where you can taste a selection of dishes from local restaurants, buy fresh food from local producers and learn from industry experts at food and drink masterclasses.
