Masterclasses are included in the price of your ticket, but be sure to sign up early as places are limited and are subject to availability. You can register for masterclasses on arrival at the event.
Food Masterclasses
The food masterclass will feature a line up of mouth watering classes led by experts, including festive themed masterclasses, giving foodies visitors the chance to try their hand at oyster shucking, bespoke chocolate making or cooking with whisky - with tastings too.
Drinks Masterclasses
Try nosings and tastings in the drinks masterclass, featuring a programme of classes led by the connoisseurs of the industry, including champagne experts, whisky from Scotland's finest distilleries, Edinburgh's leading wine correspondents and the cities top mixologists, as well as festival masterclasses such as mulled wine tasting.
