A fun-filled cooking masterclass for budding young chefs, Fi Bird, together with help from the participants, will be preparing recipes from her ‘Kid’s Kitchen’ cookery cards: laminated, wipeable, full-coloured cards which are a fantastic resource to get kids cooking healthy dishes.

To promote the ‘Eat More Fish’ campaign, Seafood Scotland will host a Masterclass where the President of the Scottish Fishermen’s Federation, Ian Gatt. will be joined by local fishmongers who will demonstrate filleting and preparation skills and give you a chance to ‘have a go’. And because Foodies is all about trying new things, top chef Kevin MacGillivray will have freshly cooked samples of seafood from the Seafood Scotland kitchen, to keep everyone happy.
