Award-winning drinks writers Ben McFarland and Tom Sandham of dwink.com start the day by taking you on a jaunt through the wonderful history of beer. In the afternoons you can join them to explore the enchanting world of spirits, from rum to vodka.

Get more out of your love for food and wine. Taste Douro Valley wines, burgundy, port, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and parma ham. Industry experts will be on hand to provide guidance on food and wine matching and inspiring you with new recipe ideas.
Casillero del Diablo
Casillero del Diablo wines signify the vibrancy, life and love of the country in which they are produced, Chile. The masterclasses will be an opportunity for their wine experts to engage with genuine lovers of food and drink and to introduce them to the range of wine.
The surprising wines of Portugal
The are wonderful red and white wines made all over Portugal: in Vinho Verde’s green vineyards, the Douro’s winding terraces, Dão’s granite mountains, Bairrada’s clay and chalk soils, Lisboa’s windmill-topped hills, the fertile Tejo river valley and the Algarve’s cool hills. Come along and watch some of the region’s best barmen in a marvellous mix-off cocktail competition on each day of the festival. Sample the results and vote for your favourite as top mixologists go head to head for your vote in a competition sponsored by Tanqueray.
