

Restaurant tents give restaurants the opportunity to have a working kitchen and front of house, and serve signature sample dishes at the event. The profile raising opportunity allows restaurants to demonstrate their expert skill to discerning Foodies.
Restaurants occupy individual, 6x6 metre pagoda tents with their own garden area for front of house, seating and serving.
The rear of the tent houses the fully functioning kitchen and the front of the tent is a promotion, presentation and service area
Restaurants are encouraged to serve three taster dishes priced between £3-£5
Please note that Foodies Festivals do not operate a token system and restaurants retain all profits from sales at the event.
